How Can I book?

Is gratuity included in the salon prices?
Gratuity is not included but is always greatly appreciated!
Can I bring my pet?
Yes! We always love a pup in the salon.
Do I need to come to the salon with my hair washed already?
No! 2-3 days with natural oils is totally fine. Everyone’s hair is different.
How can I order more products?
We offer a variety of top-rated professional products in-store and online. Check out our shop page here!
How long do extensions last?
With proper upkeep, extensions can last up to a year! Most of the time, we will schedule a “move-up” session between 4-6 months. Set up a consultation to see what works best for you!

Can I bring my own makeup?
Yes! It is no problem if you bring any of your own products that you prefer your artist to use on you.
Are false lashes and airbrush included in the cost?
Yes, our adult makeup pricing includes airbrush foundation, false lashes, contour and highlight, long-wear lipstick, and finishing spray to keep your look on as long as possible.
Will I get an assistant for myself and my bridesmaids for the wedding day?
We base this on time and availability. If we feel we need an assistant, we will add one to ensure completion by the scheduled timeline.
Will whoever I trial with be my main stylist?
Yes, whoever you trial with will be your lead stylist. In the event of an emergency, PRIM will be responsible for providing a lead stylist on your day.
When do I pay for my wedding day services?
Your total payment will be divided into two installments, with the final payment due the day of the event. Upon booking, you will pay a non-refundable booking fee that will not go towards the total payment in order to reserve your date.
