By Booking an Appointment you Agree to the following Statements

Cancellation Policy

We do ask that if you need to make any changes or adjustments to your appointment you do so before 48 hours of your scheduled service. We do require a card on file to book any service. No charges will be made to the card unless the appointment is rescheduled, canceled, or no showed past the 48 hour cancellation policy. 50% of all services booked will be charged.

Late Arrival Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the cancellation policy will apply.

Liability Policy

We are not liable if you do not receive a confirmation text, or email. Please make sure we have your correct phone number/ email so you can opt-in to our confirmation services. Prim salon is not liable for any lost, misplaced, or damaged personal items.

Gift Cards Policy

Gift certificates are non-refundable
